A Bit More About Me.

WHERE I’M FROM:

I grew up in New England, the daughter of two college professors, and moved to Paris over a decade ago. I spend my free time hiking, playing piano and knitting (when I’m not reading or writing, of course!). I am bi-national and bilingual, so I am comfortable working in both English and French.

WHAT I’VE DONE:

I earned my BA in English Literature from Princeton University and my MA in Literary Research from La Sorbonne Nouvelle. I taught English for five years in Paris — if I can teach a surly French teenager to write a good essay, I can certainly help you!

I earned my copy stripes at Agora, a titan of the direct-marketing industry and one of the biggest names in the business. I started as a humble copywriter before being promoted to Copy Chief of the Paris office, a position I kept for four years. I ran our team of A-List copywriters and oversaw all copy that was generated in house.

Since 2023, I’ve been working independently as an editor and writer. As an editor, I have:

  • worked with fiction writers on pieces that got published in The New York Times and The London Review of Books.

  • edited books by CEO’s of million-dollar companies and PhD experts who want to share their findings.

  • worked on screenplays destined for Netflix and redlined play scripts before hitting New York City theaters.

I also copy edit for entrepreneurs and professionals who are trying to scale their business through more effective communication. I have:

  • helped freelancers make their websites pop — from pilates instructors to midwives.

  • helped tech startups tighten their pitches and hone their messaging.

  • helped non-profits write killer fundraising emails and butter-smooth community outreach.

When I’m not editing for my clients, I write fiction and I serve as Reviews Editor for Souvenir, a literary magazine.

HOW I WORK:

No matter what, I approach each new client with great passion, and invest myself in helping them realize their vision. I will hold your writing to the highest standard, all while exhibiting respect for both you and your work.

Through it all, my goal remains the same: to make your words work for you.
